Dans sa s\u00e9rie \u00ab Vibrations urbaines \u00bb, ax\u00e9e sur Paris et New York, l\u2019artiste fait fusionner architecture, lumi\u00e8re et mouvement autour d&#8217;une passion centrale : le jazz. Peintre et technicien du son, il capture l&#8217;\u00e9nergie de la ville et la traduit en rythmes visuels. Jusqu\u2019au 10 octobre 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ancien \u00e9l\u00e8ve de Duperr\u00e9 et des Beaux-Arts de Paris, \u00c9ric Turlot a dirig\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation dans plusieurs agences parisiennes pendant trois d\u00e9cennies (1975\u20132005)<span data-path-to-node=\"5,2\">. De ce parcours, il conserve le sens aigu du cadrage, de la couleur et de la composition<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,4\">. Si Paris demeure son terrain de jeu privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, New York et Tokyo nourrissent \u00e9galement ses toiles<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,6\">. Depuis son atelier normand, il r\u00e9invente la lumi\u00e8re dans une filiation assum\u00e9e avec les impressionnistes<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,8\">, un travail salu\u00e9 par la m\u00e9daille d&#8217;argent d&#8217;Arts-Sciences-Lettres et la m\u00e9daille d&#8217;or du m\u00e9rite<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"5,10\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Dans le sillage de Kandinsky et Klee\u2026 \u00c9ric Turlot s&#8217;inscrit dans la grande tradition de la synesth\u00e9sie<span data-path-to-node=\"7,2\">. \u00c0 l&#8217;image de Kandinsky pour qui couleurs et formes r\u00e9pondaient aux timbres musicaux, \u00c9ric Turlot pense le tableau comme une partition faite de cadence et de construction<\/span><span data-path-to-node=\"7,4\">. <\/span>Pour ses paysages urbains, c\u2019est le jazz qui accompagne le geste pictural. La peinture devient une forme d\u2019improvisation : les touches r\u00e9pondent aux autres, les lignes installent un rythme, les contrastes jouent le r\u00f4le de syncopes et les lumi\u00e8res cr\u00e9ent des accents.
