De Paris \u00e0 Bordeaux, trois expositions explorent le soulier sous toutes ses coutures. Elle s&#8217;ouvre sur les travaux d&#8217;Eadweard Muybridge qui, d\u00e8s 1887, d\u00e9composait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la m\u00e9canique humaine pour en souligner l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9gance. Le parcours d\u00e9montre comment le sabot ou l&#8217;escarpin amplifie les aptitudes du corps tout en contraignant parfois la silhouette. Cette r\u00e9trospective met aussi en lumi\u00e8re les ruptures esth\u00e9tiques n\u00e9es des progr\u00e8s technologiques de l\u2019apr\u00e8s-guerre. Le public peut y admirer des mod\u00e8les iconiques comme le soulier Maquereau ou l&#8217;intemporel Pigalle. Au-del\u00e0 des talons aiguilles, l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement propose un dialogue cr\u00e9atif entre le chausseur et des artistes internationaux. Cette exposition rassemble plus de 500 paires pour retracer l&#8217;ascension fulgurante de cet objet technique devenu un marqueur social universel. Le projet analyse l&#8217;\u00e9volution de la chaussure de sport, pass\u00e9e de symbole des minorit\u00e9s et de la culture Hip-Hop \u00e0 accessoire incontournable de toutes les gardes-robes.
