Sabot, escarpin, botte, sandale, mocassin\u2026\u00a0la chaussure amplifie les aptitudes du corps. Les progr\u00e8s technologiques de l\u2019imm\u00e9diat apr\u00e8s-guerre engendrent une fascination pour une esth\u00e9tique futuriste en rupture avec les canons anciens. D\u00e8s le 26 mars, le Mus\u00e9e des Arts D\u00e9coratifs et du Design accueille une exposition mettant en avant, non le soulier de luxe, mais la basket. Y sont expos\u00e9es plus de 500 paires de chaussures. Quel est l\u2019impact de la culture sneakers depuis le d\u00e9but du XXi\u00e8me si\u00e8cle ? Parmi les mod\u00e8les les plus embl\u00e9matiques, ceux des ann\u00e9es 20 \u00e0 nos jours. Pendant longtemps les sneakers figuraient comme un symbole du mouvement Hip- Hop et de l\u2019affirmation sociale culturelle de certaines minorit\u00e9s. Aujourd\u2019hui, rares sont ceux qui n\u2019ont pas une paire de sneakers \u00e0 la maison.
