Un an apr\u00e8s Jeff Koons, Xavier Veilhan r\u00e9ussit le pari de magnifier l&#8217;architecture de Louis Le Vau et les jardins d&#8217;Andr\u00e9 Le N\u00f4tre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\"><img decoding=\"async\" id=\"media-103212\" class=\"\" style=\"border-width: 0; float: left; margin: 0.2em 1.4em 0.7em 0;\" src=\"https:\/\/great-artmag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/00\/00\/1917771214.jpg\" alt=\"mobile-veilhan.jpg\" width=\"288\" height=\"370\" name=\"media-103212\" \/>Le Mobile violet structure l&#8217;espace de la cour d&#8217;honneur<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">La premi\u00e8re \u0153uvre de l&#8217;exposition s&#8217;intitule \u00ab Mobile \u00bb. Cette cr\u00e9ation accueille le visiteur avec une vingtaine de sph\u00e8res violettes en fibre de verre. La structure monumentale invite imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 prendre toute la dimension de l&#8217;espace environnant. Selon le commissaire de l&#8217;exposition Laurent Le Bon, Xavier Veilhan int\u00e8gre parfaitement l&#8217;esprit du lieu. Son travail respecte la perspective classique tout en y apportant une touche moderne. La majorit\u00e9 de ces \u0153uvres g\u00e9om\u00e9triques appartient au c\u00e9l\u00e8bre galeriste Emmanuel Perrotin.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Le Carrosse en t\u00f4le pli\u00e9e bouscule le temps \u00e0 Versailles<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">La sculpture nomm\u00e9e \u00ab Le Carrosse \u00bb constitue l&#8217;attraction majeure de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement artistique. Cette \u0153uvre unique est une commande publique du Centre national des arts plastiques. Elle rejoindra d&#8217;ailleurs la collection du CNAP \u00e0 la fin de l&#8217;exposition. L&#8217;artiste s&#8217;inspire directement de l&#8217;attelage historique de Louis XIV pour cette cr\u00e9ation. Il livre une version pixellis\u00e9e en t\u00f4le pli\u00e9e et soud\u00e9e de six chevaux lanc\u00e9s au galop. L&#8217;illusion de vitesse traverse le mur du temps et saisit le regard des passants.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">Une proximit\u00e9 in\u00e9dite entre le public et l&#8217;\u0153uvre d&#8217;art<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Le public s&#8217;approprie massivement cette installation d\u00e8s les premiers jours. Les visiteurs se ruent au pied des chevaux m\u00e9talliques pour immortaliser leur visite en photo. Cette affluence suscite l&#8217;inqui\u00e9tude de Laurent Brunner, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Ch\u00e2teau Versailles Spectacles. Xavier Veilhan refuse d&#8217;installer une barri\u00e8re de protection autour de son travail. Il privil\u00e9gie une interaction directe et tactile entre l&#8217;art contemporain et les promeneurs.
