Un juge des r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s parisiens vient de prononcer l&#8217;interdiction imm\u00e9diate de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement controvers\u00e9 qui pr\u00e9sente des corps humains diss\u00e9qu\u00e9s. Cette d\u00e9cision choc frappe de plein fouet la manifestation qui devait se tenir dans la capitale jusqu&#8217;au 10 mai avant de s&#8217;installer au Parc Floral. La justice fran\u00e7aise tranche ainsi de mani\u00e8re radicale face \u00e0 un d\u00e9bat qui m\u00eale \u00e9thique, science et dignit\u00e9 humaine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\">Une interdiction judiciaire imm\u00e9diate et sous haute tension<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Le verdict est tomb\u00e9 comme un couperet pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 organisatrice Encore Events. Le magistrat impose une suspension de la manifestation dans un d\u00e9lai strict de vingt-quatre heures. Si les organisateurs ne respectent pas cette d\u00e9cision, ils devront payer une astreinte de plusieurs dizaines de milliers d&#8217;euros par jour de retard. Cette pression financi\u00e8re massive montre la volont\u00e9 de la justice de faire appliquer sa d\u00e9cision sans aucun d\u00e9lai. Les portes de l&#8217;exposition scientifique doivent donc fermer imm\u00e9diatement leurs portes au public parisien.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">La vive incompr\u00e9hension du promoteur Pascal Bernardin<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Face \u00e0 cette censure juridique, le producteur Pascal Bernardin exprime une profonde incompr\u00e9hension. Le promoteur de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u00e9fend fermement l&#8217;aspect p\u00e9dagogique et citoyen de sa d\u00e9marche culturelle. Selon ses d\u00e9clarations, cette pr\u00e9sentation anatomique vise avant tout \u00e0 sensibiliser le grand public au besoin urgent de don d&#8217;organes en France. L&#8217;homme de spectacle regrette que la dimension \u00e9ducative de son projet soit totalement occult\u00e9e par la pol\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Le don d&#8217;organes au c\u0153ur d&#8217;un projet manqu\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Cette interdiction brutale bouscule un calendrier promotionnel qui \u00e9tait pourtant tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis. Pascal Bernardin souhaitait marquer un grand coup m\u00e9diatique le 22 juin prochain. Cette date correspond \u00e0 la Journ\u00e9e nationale de r\u00e9flexion sur le don d&#8217;organes et la greffe. L&#8217;organisateur esp\u00e9rait utiliser la fascination du public pour ces corps pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s afin de cr\u00e9er un d\u00e9clic civique et solidaire. Ce rendez-vous manqu\u00e9 prive les partisans de l&#8217;exposition d&#8217;une tribune symbolique majeure.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">La fin probable d&#8217;une tourn\u00e9e nationale scandaleuse<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">L&#8217;avenir de l&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement s&#8217;annonce d\u00e9sormais particuli\u00e8rement sombre sur le territoire national. La pol\u00e9mique enfle chaque jour davantage et suscite de vives r\u00e9actions de la part des internautes.
