La sculpture s&#8217;installe dans ce temple parisien du spectaculaire aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des ic\u00f4nes de la culture populaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\">Une \u0153uvre hybride au royaume de la cire<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Le mus\u00e9e Gr\u00e9vin accueille enfin l&#8217;art contemporain par la grande porte. Jusqu&#8217;au 1er juin, l&#8217;institution pr\u00e9sente une cr\u00e9ation fascinante dans le cadre de la Force de l&#8217;Art. La plasticienne ORLAN y expose Bump Load, une sculpture interactive majeure. Cette \u0153uvre singuli\u00e8re se dresse fi\u00e8rement aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des statues de Lara Croft et de C\u00e9line Dion. La cr\u00e9ation se situe \u00e0 mi-parcours entre la figurine ethno-cyber et l&#8217;autoportrait revisit\u00e9. De plus, la structure r\u00e9agit directement \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence des visiteurs par des r\u00e9ponses lumineuses surprenantes.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">Le corps comme champ d&#8217;expression artistique<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Cette entr\u00e9e au mus\u00e9e Gr\u00e9vin couronne une carri\u00e8re men\u00e9e sous le signe de l&#8217;audace. ORLAN bouscule les codes de l&#8217;art depuis son provocateur Baiser de l&#8217;artiste en 1977 \u00e0 la FIAC. Elle a ensuite utilis\u00e9 ses propres op\u00e9rations chirurgicales comme des performances artistiques uniques. L&#8217;artiste explore constamment les fronti\u00e8res de la science et de l&#8217;identit\u00e9 biologique. Elle a con\u00e7u en 2008 une installation hybridant des cellules vivantes nomm\u00e9e Le manteau d&#8217;Arlequin. Ce projet m\u00ealant art et biotechnologies a marqu\u00e9 les esprits \u00e0 Perth puis \u00e0 Liverpool.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">Une actualit\u00e9 culturelle flamboyante<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">L&#8217;agenda de la plasticienne affiche complet pour les mois \u00e0 venir. ORLAN sera une figure de proue de l&#8217;exposition Elle@centrepompidou d\u00e8s le 27 mai. Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement national mettra en valeur les artistes femmes majeures du XXe si\u00e8cle. La cr\u00e9atrice investira ensuite l&#8217;abbaye de Maubuisson dans le Val d&#8217;Oise du 30 septembre au 8 mars. Le public y d\u00e9couvrira de nouveaux \u00eatres mutants fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par son imagination.
