Qu’est-ce que la charte \u00ab 1 immeuble – 1 \u0153uvre \u00bb ? Lanc\u00e9 en 2015 par le Minist\u00e8re de la Culture, ce programme engage les promoteurs signataires \u00e0 commander une \u0153uvre d\u2019art pour tout nouveau programme de construction. Port\u00e9e avec la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Promoteurs Immobiliers de France, l’initiative a permis de commander pr\u00e8s de 300 \u0153uvres en cinq ans. La cr\u00e9ation artistique s’installe au plus proche des citoyens, directement dans les espaces de vie et de passage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Une d\u00e9centralisation artistique port\u00e9e par 34 promoteurs<\/h3>\n

Le programme \u00ab un immeuble – une \u0153uvre \u00bb affiche un ancrage local tr\u00e8s fort. En 2019, 34 promoteurs immobiliers appliquent activement cette charte sur le territoire national. Arthur Toscan du Plantier, ancien conseiller au cabinet de Fleur Pellerin, pr\u00e9side l\u2019association \u00ab Le Club un immeuble – une \u0153uvre \u00bb. Le dispositif s\u2019inspire directement du 1% artistique. Ce m\u00e9canisme public impose depuis 1951 de consacrer 1% du co\u00fbt des travaux des b\u00e2timents publics \u00e0 l\u2019art. Avec la charte, le secteur priv\u00e9 prend le relais pour soutenir les artistes et toucher les populations \u00e9loign\u00e9es de la culture.<\/p>\n

Les collaborations entre b\u00e2tisseurs et cr\u00e9ateurs se multiplient. Au printemps 2019, le promoteur Emerige a inaugur\u00e9 \u00e0 Montreuil une fresque de Fran\u00e7oise P\u00e9trovitch. R\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec le cabinet Babled Architectes, cette \u0153uvre repr\u00e9sentant une marche accompagne d\u00e9sormais le quotidien de la riveraine Camille. Sept nouveaux promoteurs ont rejoint les signataires historiques comme Vinci Immobilier, Hines, Bouygues Immobilier ou Marignan en 2019. Parmi eux, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Esprimm, dirig\u00e9e par Beno\u00eet d\u2019Halluin et Emmanuel Basse, a fait appel \u00e0 Daniel Buren. L’artiste a d\u00e9cor\u00e9 en 2018 le hall d’un immeuble de Boulogne-Billancourt, sa ville de naissance. Les laur\u00e9ats de la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du prix national<\/h3>\n

L’engagement des promoteurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’une reconnaissance officielle. Le 3 juin 2019, le ministre Franck Riester a remis le premier prix \u00ab un immeuble \u2013 une \u0153uvre \u00bb rue de Valois. Le jury int\u00e9grait Jean de Loisy, directeur des Beaux-Arts de Paris, la galeriste Marion Papillon et l\u2019artiste Fabrice Hyber. Eva Jospin a ainsi re\u00e7u un prix pour \u00ab La Travers\u00e9e \u00bb, une for\u00eat de carton de 24 m\u00e8tres de long install\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris dans le projet Beaupassage d’Emerige. Bouygues B\u00e2timent France Europe, LinkCity et le collectif de street-art compos\u00e9 d’Asto, Astro, Olivia de Bona, Th\u00e9o Lopez et Zdey ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prim\u00e9s pour une r\u00e9sidence \u00e9tudiante \u00e0 Villejuif. Enfin, VINCI Immobilier et Louise Frydman ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9s pour des c\u00e9ramiques install\u00e9es \u00e0 Puteaux.
