La municipalit\u00e9 attend une expertise officielle pour sceller le sort de cette cr\u00e9ation de huit m\u00e8tres de haut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\">Une \u0153uvre monumentale n\u00e9e sous le signe du succ\u00e8s<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Le jeune plasticien bordelais Guillaume Renou a frapp\u00e9 fort l&#8217;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Sa sculpture monumentale en inox poli et verre color\u00e9 a conquis les jardins de l&#8217;H\u00f4tel de Ville. L&#8217;\u0153uvre de 1 846 kilos a \u00e9galement brill\u00e9 lors du festival d&#8217;art contemporain Evento. Les Bordelais ont rapidement adopt\u00e9 ce g\u00e9ant d&#8217;acier. Ils l&#8217;ont m\u00eame surnomm\u00e9 avec ironie les \u00ab Dents de Jupp\u00e9 \u00bb. Ce succ\u00e8s populaire initial s&#8217;est pourtant transform\u00e9 en un v\u00e9ritable feuilleton judiciaire. Le reptile de m\u00e9tal a referm\u00e9 ses m\u00e2choires sur une discorde culturelle majeure.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Un foss\u00e9 financier abyssal entre l&#8217;artiste et la ville<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Le c\u0153ur du d\u00e9bat repose sur une estimation financi\u00e8re totalement divergente. Philippe Renou \u00e9value le co\u00fbt r\u00e9el de sa cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 100 000 euros. Il affirme n&#8217;avoir re\u00e7u que la somme de 10 000 euros de la part de la municipalit\u00e9. L&#8217;artiste d\u00e9plore \u00e9galement des d\u00e9gradations commises sur sa structure m\u00e9tallique. Face \u00e0 cette situation, le cr\u00e9ateur a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire monter les ench\u00e8res. Il propose d\u00e9sormais sa sculpture au prix fort de 300 000 euros aux acheteurs priv\u00e9s. L&#8217;art public bordelais se retrouve ainsi pris au pi\u00e8ge d&#8217;une logique mercantile regrettable.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">La strat\u00e9gie du pourrissement face \u00e0 l&#8217;urgence artistique<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">La mairie de Bordeaux choisit de temporiser face aux revendications de l&#8217;artiste. Les \u00e9lus locaux s&#8217;en remettent totalement aux conclusions d&#8217;une future expertise juridique. Cette proc\u00e9dure administrative va figer la situation pendant de longs mois encore. Cette lenteur bureaucratique p\u00e9nalise l&#8217;\u00e9lan cr\u00e9atif et la gestion de l&#8217;espace public. Les contribuables assistent impuissants \u00e0 cette guerre d&#8217;usure entre l&#8217;institution et le cr\u00e9ateur.
