L&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nement s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 en 2019 au Mus\u00e9e des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Des volants usag\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019artiste performeur Benjamin Begey, alias Billgraben, utilise des volants de badminton usag\u00e9s. Ceux qui sont frapp\u00e9s de smatches \u00e0 400 km\/heure. L&#8217;artiste recueille les plumes d\u00e9laiss\u00e9es. Il les recompose et cr\u00e9e de nouvelles pi\u00e8ces pour en faire sa mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re. On les retrouve dans ses costumes, mandalas et bouquets oniriques.<\/p>\n<h3>Hommage \u00e0 la douceur blanche<\/h3>\n<p>Benjamin Begey, n\u00e9 en 1979, vit et travaille \u00e0 Bordeaux. Il multiplie les jeux avec le volant, ce petit objet de 5 grammes qui procure des tonnes d\u2019\u00e9motions. Sc\u00e9nographe, d\u00e9corateur, expert en Feng Shui, il expose depuis 2012. Installations, vid\u00e9os, danse contemporaine, performances, championnats internationaux de badminton. Benjamin Begey donne vie aux cordes de volants de petites plumes raides qu\u2019il fait onduler devant nos yeux.<\/p>\n<h3>La po\u00e9sie, autrement<\/h3>\n<p>Plus surprenant encore, Benjamin Begey d\u00e9core les pelouses avec d&#8217;interminables serpents. Il se photographie, le corps nu. Celui de son acolyte. Les arbres sont orn\u00e9s de plantes parasites. Les murs et les sols sont recouverts de lianes blanches.
