Chez Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s Ch\u00e9nel International, on ne joue pas avec la nourriture. On la d\u00e9tourne avec un app\u00e9tit vorace pour l\u2019art. Fond\u00e9e en 1896, cette entreprise fran\u00e7aise, sp\u00e9cialiste des “architectures de papier”, a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 en mai 2024 de r\u00e9galer les yeux plut\u00f4t que l\u2019estomac avec une exposition sur le th\u00e8me de la gourmandise. Au menu : une dizaine d\u2019artistes, avec pour pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance, l\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019Aline Blanche. Son chef-d\u2019\u0153uvre ? Une pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"La bo\u00eete d’\u0153ufs<\/h3>\n

Ici, point de nougatine ni de choux caram\u00e9lis\u00e9. La recette d\u2019Aline Blanche repose sur des bo\u00eetes d\u2019\u0153ufs en carton moufl\u00e9. Elles sont empil\u00e9es avec une rigueur d\u2019orf\u00e8vre, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019un p\u00e2tissier sous amph\u00e9tamines. Le tout culmine \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de deux m\u00e8tres de haut. C’est un mille-feuille d\u2019objets du quotidien. Il revisite les codes du monumental. \u00ab C\u2019est un assemblage brut de bo\u00eetes 100 % papier \u00bb, confie l\u2019artiste.<\/p>\n

Une pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e-totem<\/h3>\n

Selon le Dictionnaire de l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie fran\u00e7aise, une pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e est une p\u00e2tisserie d\u00e9corative, souvent architecturale. Aline Blanche en a fait un totem bancal du quotidien, un \u00e9difice en \u00e9quilibre. Entre la m\u00e9moire et l\u2019\u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re. Ce jeu de construction, bien loin des macarons pastel et des pralines dor\u00e9es, s\u2019inscrit dans son exploration de l\u2019hybridation. Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, avec ses accumulations de th\u00e9i\u00e8res en c\u00e9ramique, elle compose un festin d\u2019objets rescap\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Depuis les ann\u00e9es 2010, Aline Blanche recycle avec app\u00e9tit : affiches d’exposition arrach\u00e9es dans le m\u00e9tro, \u00e9l\u00e9ments glan\u00e9s dans la rue, morceaux de vie dig\u00e9r\u00e9s puis recrach\u00e9s sous forme d\u2019\u0153uvres. Ce mille-feuille mat\u00e9riel interroge notre rapport \u00e0 l\u2019environnement, \u00e0 l\u2019accumulation, \u00e0 la fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie de consommation. Car sous son apparence de g\u00e2teau en carton, cette pi\u00e8ce mont\u00e9e est aussi un miroir tendu \u00e0 nos soci\u00e9t\u00e9s modernes, o\u00f9 l\u2019identit\u00e9 se bricole, o\u00f9 l\u2019h\u00e9ritage s\u2019ing\u00e8re et se transforme en de nouvelles saveurs.<\/p>\n

L’ironie d’une tour de Babel<\/h3>\n

Quant \u00e0 la verticalit\u00e9 de ses \u0153uvres, elle oscille entre l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation mystique et le risque de l\u2019effondrement. Comme une tour de Babel culinaire o\u00f9 chaque ingr\u00e9dient, chaque souvenir, chaque d\u00e9bris raconte une histoire. Ses sculptures ne sont pas de simples empilements : elles sont digestes, nourrissantes et questionnent notre monde jusqu’\u00e0 l\u2019indigestion. Avec un humour absurde et une po\u00e9sie brute, Aline Blanche pr\u00e9pare un festin o\u00f9 la m\u00e9moire se d\u00e9guste en bouch\u00e9es empil\u00e9es.
