Portrait.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Derri\u00e8re cette figure imm\u00e9diatement lisible se cache une illustratrice allemande n\u00e9e en 1986 (40 ans) au parcours solide, ancr\u00e9e dans l\u2019illustration jeunesse et le design narratif. Form\u00e9e au design de communication en Allemagne, Wiebke Rauers s\u2019oriente tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t vers la cr\u00e9ation de personnages, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re port\u00e9e aux expressions, aux postures et \u00e0 la psychologie visuelle. Apr\u00e8s un passage en studio d\u2019animation \u00e0 Berlin, elle choisit l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance et d\u00e9veloppe un univers graphique reconnaissable : lignes souples, volumes simples, couleurs chaleureuses, et une capacit\u00e9 rare \u00e0 faire exister une \u00e9motion en quelques traits.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail de Wiebke Rauers s\u2019inscrit d\u2019abord dans l\u2019\u00e9dition jeunesse, o\u00f9 elle s\u2019impose comme une illustratrice prolifique et inventive. Elle collabore avec plusieurs maisons d\u2019\u00e9dition europ\u00e9ennes et anglo-saxonnes, illustrant albums, s\u00e9ries et livres d\u2019activit\u00e9s. Parmi ses projets les plus remarqu\u00e9s figurent des ouvrages o\u00f9 les figures marginales, des monstres, insectes, dragons ou animaux maladroits&#8230; deviennent des h\u00e9ros sensibles et familiers. Cette inversion des r\u00f4les, constante dans son \u0153uvre, repose sur une narration visuelle douce, jamais ironique, qui laisse au lecteur la libert\u00e9 de s\u2019identifier. Wiebke Rauers ne cherche pas l\u2019effet graphique spectaculaire ; elle privil\u00e9gie la lisibilit\u00e9, le rythme et la coh\u00e9rence \u00e9motionnelle. Ses personnages semblent toujours saisis dans un moment de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, comme s\u2019ils \u00e9taient surpris en train de douter, d\u2019apprendre ou de s\u2019adapter.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cette qualit\u00e9 narrative qui a conduit les studios d\u2019animation fran\u00e7ais d\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.illogicstudios.com\/\">Illogic<\/a> \u00e0 s\u2019appuyer sur son dessin pour concevoir le loup de la campagne publicitaire <em>Le Mal Aim\u00e9<\/em> pour Intermarch\u00e9. Wiebke Rauers en signe le design initial : une base graphique pens\u00e9e comme un personnage de conte contemporain, ni caricatural ni r\u00e9aliste, suffisamment neutre pour accueillir une histoire universelle. L\u2019animation prolonge ensuite son trait sans le trahir, conservant cette expressivit\u00e9 contenue qui fait la force du personnage. Le succ\u00e8s de la campagne r\u00e9v\u00e8le l\u2019importance croissante des illustrateurs dans l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me visuel contemporain, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de l\u2019art appliqu\u00e9, de la narration et de la culture populaire.
