D\u00e8s son origine, le projet orchestr\u00e9 par Delphine Rouvi\u00e8re et le collectif <a href=\"https:\/\/oubienencore.ch\/\">Ou Bien Encore<\/a>, revendique un principe simple : faire dialoguer art contemporain et gastronomie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Une exposition collective et \u00e9volutive<\/h3>\n<p><em>La Cuisine des collectionneurs<\/em> se nourrit de collections priv\u00e9es. Pour cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, les collectionneurs Anne-Shelton Aaron, St\u00e9phane Ribordy, Marie-Claude Stobart et Natascha Wittgenstein investissent un mur commun. L\u2019accrochage s\u2019articule \u00e9galement autour d\u2019une \u00e9tag\u00e8re partag\u00e9e. Parmi les artistes expos\u00e9s, Peter Doig, Liz Deschenes, Mika Rottenberg, Martin Parr, Urs L\u00fcthi, Patrick Tosani&#8230; L&#8217;espace est pens\u00e9 comme un lieu de contemplation distanci\u00e9e. La collection s\u2019y donne comme une suite de situations.<\/p>\n<h3>La logique d&#8217;assemblage se prolonge dans l\u2019assiette<\/h3>\n<p>Aux fourneaux, la cheffe Ellen Butzhammer a con\u00e7u un menu \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re inspir\u00e9 des univers plastiques. Les recettes propos\u00e9es sont attentives aux textures et aux temporalit\u00e9s. La cuisine fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 la rigueur formelle de certaines \u0153uvres accroch\u00e9es. Une pr\u00e9paration lente, structur\u00e9e autour de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition du geste, dialogue ainsi avec des pratiques conceptuelles ou minimalistes. L&#8217;association de saveurs renvoie \u00e0 des corpus photographiques ou picturaux marqu\u00e9s par la frontalit\u00e9. Le plat devient une \u0153uvre promise \u00e0 la disparition. Une autre mani\u00e8re de penser l\u2019art.
