D\u00e8s son origine, le projet orchestr\u00e9 par Delphine Rouvi\u00e8re et le collectif <a href=\"https:\/\/oubienencore.ch\/\">Ou Bien Encore<\/a>, revendique un principe simple : faire dialoguer art contemporain et gastronomie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>La Cuisine des collectionneurs<\/em> repose sur une exposition collective et \u00e9volutive, nourrie par des collections priv\u00e9es. Pour cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition, les collectionneurs Anne-Shelton Aaron, St\u00e9phane Ribordy, Marie-Claude Stobart et Natascha Wittgenstein ont \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 investir chacun un mur \u00e0 partir de leur collection personnelle. L\u2019accrochage n\u2019est pas fig\u00e9 : il s\u2019articule autour d\u2019un grand mur commun et d\u2019une \u00e9tag\u00e8re partag\u00e9e, con\u00e7us comme le c\u0153ur marchand et symbolique de l\u2019exposition. Les \u0153uvres de figures majeures de l\u2019art contemporain et conceptuel. Peter Doig, Liz Deschenes, Mika Rottenberg, Martin Parr, Urs L\u00fcthi, Patrick Tosani&#8230; cohabitent dans un espace pens\u00e9 comme un lieu de circulation plut\u00f4t que de contemplation distanci\u00e9e. La collection s\u2019y donne comme une suite de situations, d\u00e9pendante du regard, du d\u00e9placement et du contexte.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La Cuisine des collectionneurs met en tension deux r\u00e9gimes oppos\u00e9s : la conservation et la consommation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La logique d&#8217;assemblage se prolonge dans l\u2019assiette. Aux fourneaux, la cheffe Ellen Butzhammer a con\u00e7u un menu \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re directement inspir\u00e9 des univers des collectionneurs. Les recettes propos\u00e9es ne sont pas des clins d\u2019\u0153il d\u00e9coratifs mais de v\u00e9ritables traductions sensibles : une cuisine pr\u00e9cise, souvent minimaliste, attentive aux textures et aux temporalit\u00e9s, fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 la rigueur formelle de certaines \u0153uvres accroch\u00e9es. Une pr\u00e9paration lente, structur\u00e9e autour de la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition du geste, dialogue ainsi avec des pratiques conceptuelles ou minimalistes ; une association de saveurs franches et contrast\u00e9es renvoie \u00e0 des corpus photographiques ou picturaux marqu\u00e9s par la frontalit\u00e9. Le plat devient une \u0153uvre activ\u00e9e, promise \u00e0 la disparition, dont il ne subsiste qu\u2019un souvenir incorpor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exposition se vit autant qu\u2019elle se regarde, et la cuisine s\u2019affirme comme un langage esth\u00e9tique \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, capable de condenser des r\u00e9cits, des h\u00e9ritages et des positions dans le monde.
