Cette somme correspond \u00e0 des ann\u00e9es d&#8217;impay\u00e9s pour l&#8217;\u00e9ducation de leur fils unique, Ludwig Koons. La d\u00e9cision met un point final \u00e0 un feuilleton qui a captiv\u00e9 les observateurs du march\u00e9 de l&#8217;art.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"3\">Une bataille judiciaire de dix ans autour du fils du couple star<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"4\">Mari\u00e9s de 1991 \u00e0 1994, le plasticien am\u00e9ricain et la performeuse italienne ont donn\u00e9 naissance en 1993 \u00e0 un fils pr\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Ludwig. En 1998, un premier jugement de la cour de justice italienne fixait d\u00e9j\u00e0 la pension alimentaire \u00e0 15 000 euros par mois \u00e0 la charge du p\u00e8re. Cependant, le peintre et sculpteur n&#8217;a effectu\u00e9 aucun versement \u00e0 son ex-femme entre les ann\u00e9es 1998 et 2007. Face \u00e0 cette situation, La Cicciolina a saisi la Cour supr\u00eame de New York pour faire valoir ses droits administratifs.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">Dans la position d&#8217;Adam<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"5\">L&#8217;instance juridique am\u00e9ricaine r\u00e9clame un montant exact de 1,52 million d&#8217;euros \u00e0 l&#8217;artiste alors \u00e2g\u00e9 de 53 ans. Jeff Koons a fait savoir qu&#8217;il ne comptait pas faire appel de cette lourde d\u00e9cision financi\u00e8re. Le cr\u00e9ateur de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre sculpture en c\u00e9ramique de Michael Jackson et son chimpanz\u00e9, vendue pour 5,6 millions de dollars d\u00e8s 1991, dispose des liquidit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour clore ce dossier. Le public fran\u00e7ais pourra d&#8217;ailleurs appr\u00e9cier l&#8217;\u00e9tendue du travail de l&#8217;ex-mari de La Cicciolina lors d&#8217;un \u00e9v\u00e9nement culturel majeur.
