Ce sacrifice architectural, n\u00e9 d&#8217;un d\u00e9saccord financier et technique entre le propri\u00e9taire des lieux et l&#8217;artiste, met fin \u00e0 une cohabitation de quarante ans.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"3\">Un chef-d&#8217;\u0153uvre de fa\u00efence blanche r\u00e9duit en miettes<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"4\">Les salari\u00e9s du concessionnaire Peugeot Neubauer vont enfin retrouver un acc\u00e8s libre \u00e0 leurs locaux. Cet apr\u00e8s-midi, \u00e0 15 heures 20 pr\u00e9cises, une \u00e9quipe de d\u00e9molisseurs a r\u00e9duit en poussi\u00e8re une structure imposante. Les ouvriers \u00e9taient arm\u00e9s de masses et de marteaux-piqueurs. L&#8217;objet de leur intervention n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas un simple mur porteur, mais une v\u00e9ritable \u0153uvre d&#8217;art contemporain. Le monument d\u00e9truit portait la signature prestigieuse de Jean-Pierre Raynaud. Cet artiste majeur est notamment le cr\u00e9ateur du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre Pot dor\u00e9 expos\u00e9 sur le parvis du Centre Pompidou. La structure parisienne respectait scrupuleusement sa marque de fabrique. Elle se composait exclusivement de carrelage blanc. Cette installation insolite abritait en son centre une authentique c\u00e9ramique issue de fouilles gallo-romaines.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"7\">L&#8217;histoire d&#8217;une passion familiale devenue encombrante<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"8\">La pr\u00e9sence de cet autel contemporain au num\u00e9ro 11 du boulevard Gouvion-Saint-Cyr d\u00e9coulait d&#8217;une histoire de passionn\u00e9s. Le p\u00e8re de l&#8217;actuel dirigeant, \u00c9ric Neubauer, avait fait l&#8217;acquisition de cette pi\u00e8ce unique en 1986. L&#8217;homme d&#8217;affaires souhaitait alors soutenir activement la cr\u00e9ation artistique fran\u00e7aise. L&#8217;\u0153uvre tr\u00f4nait depuis lors au milieu des voitures neuves. Le destin de cette structure a bascul\u00e9 lors des r\u00e9cents travaux de r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2timent. L&#8217;\u0153uvre monumentale condamnait l&#8217;acc\u00e8s principal aux \u00e9tages et bloquait la mise aux normes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Face \u00e0 l&#8217;impossibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;am\u00e9nager l&#8217;espace, la direction a tranch\u00e9 pour la mani\u00e8re forte. Un huissier de justice a d&#8217;ailleurs supervis\u00e9 l&#8217;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9molition pour consigner la disparition totale de l&#8217;installation.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\">Une bataille de devis \u00e0 150 000 euros<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"12\">La direction de la concession affirme avoir tent\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier une solution \u00e0 l&#8217;amiable avant d&#8217;ordonner le pilonnage. \u00c9ric Neubauer avait initialement propos\u00e9 de d\u00e9placer le monument de quelques m\u00e8tres seulement. Les experts \u00e9valuaient alors le co\u00fbt de ce transfert technique \u00e0 environ trente mille euros. Jean-Pierre Raynaud a impos\u00e9 ses propres conditions contractuelles. L&#8217;artiste exigeait l&#8217;intervention exclusive de ses \u00e9quipes techniques. Le devis final pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par le cr\u00e9ateur a atteint la somme de 150 000 euros. Ce montant d\u00e9passait largement la valeur intrins\u00e8que de l&#8217;\u0153uvre. Le commissaire-priseur Ma\u00eetre Trajan estimait effectivement la structure \u00e0 100 000 euros. Ce blocage financier a pouss\u00e9 le propri\u00e9taire du garage \u00e0 refuser net la proposition de d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"15\">Une autorisation de destruction envoy\u00e9e par courriel<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-path-to-node=\"16\">\u00c9ric Neubauer d\u00e9fend aujourd&#8217;hui son choix radical en invoquant une simple question de principe. Le chef d&#8217;entreprise d\u00e9plore toutefois un v\u00e9ritable g\u00e2chis culturel. Jean-Pierre Raynaud a finalement capitul\u00e9 \u00e0 14 heures, juste avant l&#8217;arriv\u00e9e des ouvriers. L&#8217;artiste a envoy\u00e9 par courrier \u00e9lectronique une autorisation officielle de destruction. Cette signature de derni\u00e8re minute met le concessionnaire \u00e0 l&#8217;abri des poursuites judiciaires. La loi fran\u00e7aise prot\u00e8ge normalement l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 des \u0153uvres contre le vandalisme des propri\u00e9taires. Le patrimoine culturel parisien perd une pi\u00e8ce secr\u00e8te que le grand public ignorait.
