L’artiste argentin y d\u00e9voile sa premi\u00e8re grande r\u00e9trospective en France \u00e0 travers quatorze installations monumentales. D\u2019une \u0153uvre \u00e0 l\u2019autre, les perspectives se d\u00e9placent, les architectures se d\u00e9r\u00e8glent et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 se transforme sous vos yeux.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"LesLeandro Erlich r\u00e9invente l’art du trompe-l’\u0153il<\/h3>\n

Miroirs, faux-semblants, jeux d\u2019\u00e9chelle et de perspective… Leandro Erlich s’inscrit dans la lign\u00e9e des grands ma\u00eetres de l’illusion de l’histoire de l’art. Cependant, il d\u00e9passe le simple trompe-l’\u0153il pictural des ma\u00eetres de la Renaissance ou des cr\u00e9ateurs de l’Op Art. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les peintres cr\u00e9ent du relief sur une surface plane, l’Argentin manipule directement l’espace r\u00e9el en trois dimensions. L’artiste confie d’ailleurs \u00e0 ce sujet : \u00ab Je suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par le fait d’utiliser des \u00e9l\u00e9ments du quotidien pour construire une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Une po\u00e9sie politique face aux illusions contemporaines<\/h3>\n

Contrairement aux artistes qui cherchent la performance technique pure, Leandro Erlich insuffle un message soci\u00e9tal fort. Son \u0153uvre embl\u00e9matique Maison fond<\/i>, install\u00e9e \u00e0 la gare du Nord en 2015, reste grav\u00e9e dans les m\u00e9moires parisiennes. Ce monument en train de fondre utilisait le trucage visuel pour mat\u00e9rialiser l’urgence du r\u00e9chauffement climatique. Au Grand Palais, ses bateaux flottant sans eau et ses nuages captur\u00e9s poursuivent cette qu\u00eate engag\u00e9e. Pour le plasticien, l’artifice poss\u00e8de une v\u00e9ritable vertu : \u00ab L’illusion peut \u00eatre un d\u00e9clencheur pour voir le monde sous un autre angle et stimuler la pens\u00e9e critique. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Des architectures transform\u00e9es en labyrinthes infinis, ou encore un immeuble haussmannien bascul\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019horizontale que l\u2019on peut escalader…. Cette r\u00e9trospective transforme l’art conceptuel en un \u00e9v\u00e9nement grand public. Les structures architecturales bascul\u00e9es forcent le corps \u00e0 s’adapter \u00e0 des lois physiques totalement r\u00e9invent\u00e9es. Le public devient le sujet principal de l’\u0153uvre en grimpant sur des fa\u00e7ades horizontales. Pour vivre l’exp\u00e9rience, la r\u00e9servation en ligne est recommand\u00e9e. Leandro Erlich prouve ainsi que l’illusion d\u00e9sacralise l’art contemporain.
